It is a very moving film, its English name is "Gifted", which translates to: talent, gift of genius. The film is a household name in the United States and is 101 minutes long. Today's parents have fixed the future of their children, so that our children have no freedom at all. At this moment, our dreams are crushed by adults until we completely lose this specialty. And Marry loves math Olympiad. Once, grandma took Marry to Cambridge University to take a class. Occasionally, she found a photo of the millennium hanging on the wall. Inspired by her grandmother, Marry made up her mind and said that when she grows up, her photo should also be Hang it on that celebrity wall!

A well-established biopic of a genius character, Evans plays a former philosophy professor, and he is not enough, and the little prodigy has a few scenes that are too familiar, but overall they do well. The final shift from pursuing the ordinary to respecting talent is a little less convincing. The fate of three generations of female geniuses makes people feel emotional.

I'm very happy that it doesn't focus on how talented little girls are, but how to treat gifted children to help them grow. The whole is still warm, probably the result is that this cannot be generalized, respecting the will + reasonable guidance + full care is the right way

Gifted quotes

  • Mary Adler: [in her counseling session] My best friend, other than Frank and Fred, is Roberta who lives a couple houses away.

Pat Golding: Really? What's she like?

Mary Adler: She's nice and funny. And I love her.

Pat Golding: That's nice. Is Roberta your only friend your age?

Mary Adler: Roberta's not my age. She's like 40, 50... 30-something. Roberta's grown woman? People my age are boring. Roberta's cool.

  • Man: [emerging from the delivery room] It's a boy.

Grandfather: [jumping up] Way to go!

Frank Adler: [observing] That's exactly how it was when you were born.

    Mary Adler: This happy?

    Frank Adler: This happy.

Mary Adler: Who came out and told everybody?

    Frank Adler: I did.

Mary Adler: Can we stay for another?
