"Bonnie and Clyde"

- 110 Minutes of Rebellion from 1967

The notorious male and female thieves in history, the classic Bonnie and Clyde are firmly seated in film history. I didn't read history, but why should I repeat the background of the Great Depression in the 1930s? Robbery of a bank seems to be a heinous crime now, but at that time, the bank itself was synonymous with evil, and the confrontation of some ordinary people against them also began when they killed talents. The attitude of the crowd is also very interesting. Each has its own identity and has its own attitude. The character portrayal standard revealed by the film is not about this, but "good and evil", which is good and evil that differs from person to person.

It's not just these that impress me

Bonnie appeared naked in front of the camera, looking at the camera with bewildered and unwilling eyes, she collapsed on the bed in frustration, but still couldn't help smashing her fist into the frame of the bed.

An inexplicable opening scene was dissected by Clyde in less than 20 minutes. It was a smart woman who didn't know how to resist the grievances of life.

Then Clyde appeared.

As soon as he appeared, he was looking at Bonnie's mother's car. Hearing the movement, Bonnie came to the window, and she saw the well-dressed young man. She didn't understand it herself, but she could see clearly in her heart. The young man who was well-dressed but out of place with the air around her was the same soul as her, brave and bold, full of love and death.

So she hurriedly stopped Clyde, grabbed a dress, put it on, and ran out.

The young man was standing beside the car, and his dazed expression disappeared in a flash when he saw Bonnie running out of the door, and after just one click, he laughed.

And so, Bonnie met Clyde.

And so, with Bonnie and Clyde.

Even if there is a clip of Clyde pretending to sleep later, I still believe that this is beyond love at first sight.

And when the movie is neither impatient nor impatient, it advances to the end in a staggered and orderly manner. Plenty of momentary footage hints at their inevitable ending. As an audience, I have no regrets, I just want to remember everything in that moment with them.

Turn right in front of the disappearing country road, the broken down truck parked on the side of the road, the flock of pigeons flying from the bushes, Bonnie's happy face, Clyde looks around alertly, Bonnie understands what is about to happen, Clyde turns to Bonnie's anxiety , Bonnie looks at Clyde's satisfaction...

Bonnie and Clyde quotes

  • [about Bonnie's poem]

Clyde Barrow: You know what you done there? You told my story, you told my whole story right there, right there. One time, I told you I was gonna make you somebody. That's what you done for me. You made me somebody they're gonna remember.

  • Clyde Barrow: Alright. Alright. If all you want's a stud service, you get on back to West Dallas and you stay there the rest of your life. You're worth more than that. A lot more than that. You know it and that's why you come along with me. You could find a lover boy on every damn corner in town. It don't make a damn to them whether you're waitin' on tables or pickin' cotton, but it does make a damn to me.

    Bonnie Parker: Why?

Clyde Barrow: Why? What's you mean, "Why?" Because you're different, that's why. You know, you're like me. You want different things. You got somethin' better than bein' a waitress. You and me travelin' together, we could cut a path clean across this state and Kansas and Missouri and Oklahoma and everybody'd know about it. You listen to me, Miss Bonnie Parker. You listen to me.
