Keanu Reeves is really getting old. I haven't seen his work for many years, and I was full of expectations for this "King of the Street", which had fierce publicity in the early stage.
After watching it, I felt very bad. Our protagonist, the lone ranger police detective played by Keanu, did not play any role as a pioneer of justice in the movie, but was just a hidden night killer who was played between the palms of his hands.
Keanu's acting is still a consistent failure, should laugh or not laugh, should cry or cry, should be provocative but not provocative. . . It is suggested that he still take on the film "The Matrix" that does not require acting skills but only needs modeling.
In this film, Mr. Forest Whitaker, the actor known for his superb acting skills, once again experienced the addiction of "The Last Dictatorship". In the final climax, he completely overshadowed our protagonist keanu. Every time his excited nonsense makes me feel that the actor who eats the old book is actually quite incompetent.
As a result, I couldn't tell who this movie was made for in the end. ?
"King of the Street"? Or a modern update of The Last Dictatorship?
In fact, everyone knows that. There are numbers.
