The complete context of a good story should satisfy 7 elements: goal-obstacle-effort-result-unexpected-turn-ending.

The story of The Ultimate Interview satisfies these 7 elements.

Goal: Several characters in the film are all about getting a high-value job.

Obstacles: They compete with each other. Entering the final interview session, the interviewer did not clearly tell them what the interview questions were.

Effort: They come to an agreement and are ready to work together to figure out what the problem is.

Results: A variety of available items in the room were researched, and every solution that seemed to be the answer was wrong.

Accident: The attitude of the person who first proposed cooperation changed and began to frame other candidates and let them lose the election.

Turning point: The remaining few candidates cooperated to deal with him, and the tension between several people intensified to the extreme.

Ending: (No spoilers.)

In this way, the movie should be good. But when I was watching it, my whole body was full of discomfort. I felt that my feet were not feet, my hands were not hands, my feet should not be here, and my hands should not be here.

Why?

Because it's not logical.

Even if the job is good, would you kill someone for a job? Yes, probably you will kill for a job. But would you kill someone at a scene with as many as 5 witnesses? Corporate interviewers and security guards are looking at you, co-interview candidates are looking at you, you will kill in front of them?

No matter how good the job is, with the incentive of the interview competition, someone is crazy enough to kill you for it. Would you still stay in the room and fight for your life for the 1/8 chance of getting a job? Are you still not running away? Is work more important or life-saving?

I will not. Yes, you can try your best to get a job, but you won't fight for your life.

The editor of this story has worked very hard in order to emphasize the comedy conflict and to attract the attention of the audience. But, do some human work?
