The director selected eight people with different educational backgrounds/experiences/colors and backgrounds, all of whom are elites in their respective industries, to take the final exam in a secret room to compete for the same job position. Strangely, everyone had a blank exam paper in front of them with no exam questions. Exam Requirements: No attempts to communicate with examiners or guards are allowed; no defacement of exam papers is allowed; no room is allowed to leave. The test takers were completely at a loss, writing on the test paper / talking to the screen / tearing up the test paper... all were kicked out of the room. What are the exam questions? Everyone was anxious, but they all understood that they had to expel others in order to stay. The next exam has become a test of human nature. All candidates lose their minds. In order to get this job, they will sacrifice other people's lives, torture/threat/deceive... The selfishness and evil of human nature are exposed. Keep reversing, and the final result is completely unexpected and seems reasonable. "The cause is too great for everyone to survive. We need a wise leader who is both a good listener, attention to detail, and compassionate." The fly in the ointment is that the film is a bit exaggerated, People may have to gamble in desperate situations, but in an interview, for a job to not ignore the law and kill people or be tortured to extort a confession, it is life-threatening and reluctant to quit. And the various conspiracies and battles in the interview process made people unable to help but have high expectations for the result, but the ending was too ordinary, too politically correct and fell into a cliché.
