The story of Reaper ushered in the fifth part with a bumpy road, and new faces appeared in the director's seat. The development of the story finally improved, and the bean curd project brought Reaper another chance to save people's lives. However, it is estimated that there are too many people at once. This time, someone got away in this bridge rupture accident, but it is already the fifth time. The god of death has been very accustomed and proficient to clean up the mess, and has added new visual effects. And a story from the past that I told a little bit, this series seems to be rejuvenated, but all the efforts have collapsed in front of the more gorgeous special effects and novel stories of other films. I think this series should be coming to an end. And just like at the end of the storyline, everything is back to where it started.
I personally think that in the current movie atmosphere, horror movies should put more effort into plot and storytelling, rather than one-sided pursuit of visual effects. It is estimated that no company will spend much money in the category of horror movies. It is obviously not realistic to make very gorgeous packaging in visual effects. Since the investment in this area is limited, it is obviously not realistic to compete with those blockbusters that can make N horror movies with only post-production costs. It has been very popular in recent years. The "Ghost Records" series and the "Frightening" series of previous years are very classic examples.
Horror movies are written here for now, and will be written later.
