After watching "Pacific Rim 2", I suddenly felt like watching "Independence Day 2" again. Like that failed work, the scene is so big and the special effects are outstanding. But the storyline is pale and uninteresting. It seems to repeat the setting of the first movie: frustrated and disheartened male pig, high-spirited, inspiring spiritual mentor. The courage to sacrifice at the critical moment and the desperate escape... To be honest, the second part is far inferior to the first in terms of story. At least, both the story setting and the acting skills of the actors in the first part are good. In the second part, the story is nothing new, even the acting skills of these little fresh meat actors are not up to standard. It is worth seeing, that is, the special effects scenes inside. It's a pity that even such a big scene seems to be following the routine of the first part, there is nothing new at all...
