I went to see it immediately on the first day of its release. There were only a few people in the theater, and there were very few films. Sure enough, the Chinese people cannot resonate with the American spirit of the American Dream.
As someone who saw Creed from Rocky, had to go to theaters to support the movie. After watching Creed 2, I went back and hurriedly recalled Creed 1 again, because Creed 1 was a little forgotten. When I first watched it, I thought Creed was not Rocky.
Rocky is a symbol that stands in Philadelphia and in the hearts of fans. Although Creed is Rocky's apprentice, the two are completely different. Creed has his own boxing skills, plays his own games, and bears the honor of his father at the same time. The two have very different personalities.
The emotion of the film is on the relationship between father and son, the relationship between Rocky and his son, Creed and old Creed, Durago and his son. The conflicts between the three pairs of father and son are different, but they are all resolved in the end, and the end of the film is very warm. It also allowed fans to see more sides of Rocky. The same way as the movie, first lose and then win. The soundtrack uses a lot of rap music, and you can see the modern feel. In the final battle, the film's soundtrack used the most classic theme song in Rocky: Gonna fly now. It was only slightly adapted, and when I heard that melody, I really wanted to cry. Very moved. I just listened to the original soundtrack after watching it, but couldn't find that piece of music. Rocky is a hero of a generation and looks forward to going to Philadelphia to pay his respects.
Although Rocky stopped boxing and had boxing matches, it was very satisfying to see Rocky continue to appear in Quediri. As Rocky said in the film: Now is your time. Hopefully the Creed sequel will continue to be filmed and become another classic boxing movie series that continues the spirit of boxing.
