If these decision-making processes, which seem bizarre to me, are true portrayals, then American politics is really in jeopardy. There is no top-level design and central planning at all, and it is just that a member of Congress will take a step by step out of faith. It's really low level. However, this also reasonably explains the decision-making results of many major policies and policies in the United States. In addition, the American people are too deceived to compare with China. If I let my party govern the American people, I must feel very~easy~easy~
