Not fantasy or horror is violence!

The first part of Soul Chariot was a little novel, but the second part felt nothing new. The content does not make sense in many places logically. Because it is 3D, the entire movie seems to be bombarded with visuals. All people with special abilities in the play take turns to use their own energies, transformations, and terrible screams and expressions to terrorize the audience! I can't bear to watch many scenes, I just feel violent! The logic of the content is quite simple and cannot stand scrutiny. It gives people the feeling that the movie is not sincere, and it is just trying to justify it as much as possible. When I see the devil and the little boy kneeling and shaking their heads on the stage, I think this action is a bit ridiculous. Logically speaking, the Ghost Rider taking off his brand and the ordinary man's ability to summon darkness and corrupt others cannot stand up to scrutiny. It gives the impression that he can play whatever he wants. Although it is an action stunt film, a good film should have a tight content structure and fine logic processing, otherwise the whole film will be very empty.
Luckily it's half tickets for Tuesday's movie!

Roarke: See, I've given you power. The power of decay... of darkness.

  • [Moreau tosses a wine bottle through a window, Johnny backs up into a corner]

Moreau: Ah, so it likes the dark places.
