Love instinct

The robot was not named in the end. Because of "I am not a person, Frank, I am an advanced simulation", the stubborn old man and his son performed a "flying over the nursing home" style "shaking thief" with the cute robot bought for him. The first tear point appeared when the librarian was the old man’s wife. The old man had forgotten her because of Alzheimer’s, but he still felt like a sweet old friend to her. This was the instinct of love. The second tear point was in the robot. The moment the memory was erased, he fell forward as if he was giving the old man the last hug "I knew you have an off switch". Maybe the ending looks very sad, but you must know that the saddest thing in life is not loneliness, but not being strong enough. The old man's stubbornness actually wanted to close the door full of broken feelings. In the end, when he took the initiative to walk into the nursing home accompanied by his family, it actually means that his brokenness has been sewn with warmth and purity by the robot. So he no longer blames his children because he understands that if he is not strong, even if he is old, he has no obligation to protect his surroundings at any time. Very warm movie, although I am a little sad after watching it.

It's equivalent to a robot, that son's driving is too futuristic... Also, the old man really grabs the horse

The goddess Sarandon plays the mother, the goddess Liv plays the daughter, and the team leader plays the son. The appearance of this family is a bit off the charts. The five-star ending eliminates all the possibility of people thinking that this is a human-machine friendship, and makes the audience soberly realize that the core of the story is the crisis of old age, and nothing else. How a person faces aging: functional decline → memory fragmentation → loneliness → defensive stubbornness → acceptance of aging → let go of defenses → face loneliness.
