This time Raid 2, came into my field of vision, I have not seen Raid 1. But it doesn't affect my liking for Raid 2 at all. Indonesian horror films are more down-to-earth than those in Thailand. The wealth gap between gangsters and ordinary people, chaotic prisons, luxurious clubs, and various brutal fighting weapons make up the entire film. Action movies are based on action, and no one will pay attention to those love and hatred. I do admit that the plot in the film is very straightforward, but it has nothing to do with it. Many action movies nowadays are complicated because they want to express too much, and they end up being nondescript. The action is not enjoyable, and the plot is not understood.
Almost all the protagonists in the play have stunts (except for their family members and the two gang bosses), which is rarely seen in action movies. It also made RAMA have different expectations every time against a new opponent, what kind of tricks he would use, and how he would crack the opponent's fighting. A good action movie is one that keeps people looking forward to it at all times, so that people walk out of the theater still thinking about that move, not who the protagonist is.
