Three women meet to go to the cinema to see "Sex and the City". In fact, before I got to The City, I couldn't stand it in Chicago.
The popcorn was salty, accompanied by an oversized coke. Is it reflecting the life of a cosmopolitan girl?
During the broadcast, there were super-decibel American laughter. Mostly issued by overweight women. They were usually able to easily handle a theater package that the three of us couldn't get close to.
But we will also laugh every now and then and comment on every scene.
The film version continued the consistent tone of the first six seasons. I heard bad reviews before watching, but it didn't stop me from entering the game. People who haven't watched all 6 seasons and watched the movie version directly are not qualified to comment.
In fact, relax, 4 women in their 40s have been carefully maintained for a few years in exchange for the opportunity to come back and continue the plot. The 2-hour-long movie version ends brilliantly as the sublimation and perfect destination of the TV series.

It opens with 4 girls in their 20s, just like us, walking in the most prosperous streets of the city in bright clothes. Compete for all possible fame, status, prestige...and most importantly, the perfect man.
Women in their 40s then appeared slowly, unhurriedly. Whether it is reading countless people or seeing through the red dust, they all firmly grasp the existing happiness.
Samantha - As if she had been labelled sex all her life, she bravely chose the only unhappy ending at the end of the film review. She knows exactly what she wants and works hard for it. The most real is her. Aside from the resolute work efficiency, the exquisite social methods, and the 5-year one-to-one relationship that has been cut off with a knife, our final impression remains on the 50-year-old birthday cake with a backless dress, still "smart&fabulous" woman.
Charlotte - a typical good wife and mother, hard work pays off. What I admire most is that she joined Judaism in order to marry Harry without looking back. The scene of her baptism is still vivid in my memory. Reckless like that. Perseverance. Jackie O. meets upper east sider.
Miranda - She is a prime example of how women balance career and family. Marrying Steve and moving to Brooklyn gave me a one star uptick in her favorability rating. Unmarried mothers are very hardworking, and they will be happier if they start a family well.
Carrie - My favorite is that she sits anywhere with her computer in her hand, typing out the central sentence that leads to the topic of the episode. I don't like watching her and Mr.Big's emotional entanglement. The man who rescued her from Paris and swore to cherish her, ran away at the wedding. There was nothing wrong with Miranda's words, the fault was that the man's will was not strong enough. Carrie was getting too egoistic. The same goes for the real Sarah Jessica Parker.

Reminds me of Fiona's "Madonna's Kiss". A 20-year-old girl covets the achievements of a 40-year-old woman, hoping to "get it all with honor". A 40-year-old woman is still at ease in the face of no longer youth.
Each has its own way of living. Samantha's free and easy, Charlotte's sweetness, Miranda's strength and Carrie's wit.
And one of the reasons why women are chasing "Sex and the City" is that it brings us once a week. Friendship, love and love for the city.
