Funny, meaningful, impressive cartoon

I actually roughly guessed the whole plot by watching the name of the movie, but it also tells us the origin of the culture of the white-bearded old man who appeared on Christmas Day with a reindeer and a gift!

The idea is very novel. The story takes place in a small town where two families are opposed to each other. The color tone changes with the rhythm of the movie. A very exaggerated expression, the point is to set off the main idea it wants to express.

Overall it's still pretty good. It just so happens that Christmas in 2019 is coming soon, and it can be considered to feel the warmth and joy of the festival in advance, hahahaha! Bless you all in advance: Merry Christmas~~~

A very powerful sentence, but also the theme sentence of the whole film

Hahaha, don't you think this is the prototype of Santa Claus?

This sentence is very ironic. I personally think it is also the movie that jumped out of itself, and at the same time accused the current social atmosphere.

These are the background music that appeared many times in the film. They are very suitable for the scene, very nice, and the lyrics are also very well written!

The end of the film - the name of Santa Claus

7/10. The routine of the playboy boy sweeping out of the house with a new look, as well as the female teacher who rejoices at the enemy and the feud between the two major families are actually not fresh and solidified narratives. The expression method makes full use of the contrast of light and dark. For example, when Jasper encouraged his child to write a letter to complete his performance, he stood and sneaked in the dark, and when the two patriarchs took Jasper's father to pick him up, Jiasper was reluctant to leave. Spa stood in the light. The upside-down shot was used on Jasper's mischievous man who threatened him with a gift and threw snowballs at him. The low-to-child height camera set off the deterrent power of Jasper's speech. The valuable innovation is to deconstruct the myth of Santa Claus: Santa Claus chooses to ride elk and sleigh because his carriage is overweight; children who are woken up at night to witness the miracle of Santa Claus flying into the sky originate from the ambush of the two families; Christmas uniforms are a thank-you gift for the Nanomen; the reason Santa wants Gasper to deliver presents from the chimney is that every yard is filled with traps and hounds. At the end, the old Klaus followed his deceased wife and disappeared into the snow. Jasper still believed in Santa Claus, waiting for his old friend by the wall every Christmas Eve, maintaining miracles.

The story is too flat, the characters are too uninspired, the concept has not been renovated at all, and the overall look is too boring! I was originally the person who liked this kind of simple story of peace and healing the most, but this one was not touched at all, and the pictures were not beautiful. It was the child who couldn't understand the words that made me cute.

Klaus quotes

  • [Jesper is woken by a knock at the door]

Jesper: [clumsily swinging a makeshift spear around and dropping it on the floor] He's here to finish the job! Oh no!

Annelise: Mr. Postman? Are you in there?

[Jesper peers through the door at the kids]

Jesper: Go away! Go! Leave! He'll hear you!

  • Mrs. Krum: Look around, Aksel! Where is your clan?

    Mr. Ellingboe: Uh...

Mrs. Krum: I'll tell you where they are - they're at block parties! Hayrides! And COOK-OUTS!

Concerned Ellingboe Man: Don't forget about the brunches!

Ellingboe Councilwoman: [sobbing] It was a book club that took my poor Sven!

Mrs. Krum: You see? The postman and that old toy maker are brainwashing everyone!

Mr. Ellingboe: What are you saying?

Mrs. Krum: I'm saying it's time to join forces against a common enemy! I'm saying... we need a TRUCE.

    [all gasp]

Mr. Ellingboe: A truce? Have you gone mad?

Mrs. Krum: Either we band together to take care of this, or it's gonna be all book clubs and cookouts from here on...

Concerned Ellingboe Man: And brunches! Don't forget about the brunches!

Mrs. Krum: Yes, that. That too.

Mr. Ellingboe: So... we must join together in peace, to stop this peace?
