indulgent art

It was a strange and displaced city, full of desire, indulgence, and pleasure, but also despair, loneliness, and sorrow. A city can perfectly integrate these two emotions, or the two emotions are inherently interdependent.
A very literary film without too many plot twists. Although it is full of all kinds of violence, desire, and so-called evil things, it surrounds a kind of despair from beginning to end.
Maybe it's this commonality that makes these two people who shouldn't say love fall in love and enjoy the days when they don't have much time.
Affectionate is a tragedy that must be interpreted by death.

Maybe I shouldn't breathe so much.

The story goes in one go, a love movie that I love so much. The story in the movie is simple, not pompous, and not an old-fashioned tearjerker structure, but it's so desperate to see the ending. The love story of a down-and-out alcoholic and a call girl can be made so heartwarming... bleak and beautiful... I... I'm caught up in the drama and can't extricate myself from it, it's too deep...
