This movie may not be able to show the flavor of an opera, and maybe it has some shortcomings, but, like a child walking into a magnificent palace that he knew nothing about, what he felt the first time was Shocked and intoxicated.
The gorgeous set, the beautiful woman, the handsome viscount, and the spooky but charismatic Phantom, it's all worth admiring.
Just as the rose with a diamond ring in the last scene gave me the feeling, the harmonious soundtrack of the movie gave me two hours of intoxication. Music and singing, rose-like girl and love. It is a feast of hearing and vision.
