The plot is too talkative

Thinking about it with your head, you should know how unreasonable such a plot is. In the face of such a big incident and so many infected groups, what is the reason for not calling the police? In reality, the purpose of calling the police is to use social forces to save more people quickly and effectively. You can also do it alone while calling the police! And the screenwriter has to let two or three people act as saviors? What is even more bizarre is that the four people who started to live, they themselves and their family members have clearly felt the tremendous changes in their bodies and do not go to the hospital. They would rather chain themselves instead of calling the police. This is too unreasonable and the plot is too ridiculous. It's up
