Why did the actor kill the police at the beginning? Is he sick?

At the beginning of the movie, the protagonist robbed the gang of drugs worth 1 million euros and washed them away with water. The gang avenged and rebelled. Killed 4 people on the road. The gang couldn’t catch him, so he arrested his sister. The protagonist relied on his ingenuity and escorted the boss to the police station. As a result, the police chief was on the last day of his 15-year term. After passing it safely, he released the black boss and captured the actor. The black boss took the protagonist’s sister away. Normal people in Nima would think that the protagonist would be released the next day. Why didn’t he wait for the second day? When the sky comes out to save my sister, he is so awesome that he can't be saved? I have to kill the chief of police. I don’t know how long he was sentenced. After 6 months, the time came to rescue 2 million people. If he became a hero, he would be innocent. Isn’t he sick?
