A lazy town that has been established for three hundred years, lives a little boy named Norman who can see ghosts (voiced by Kodi Smit-McPhee). But this kind of ability has brought him infinite trouble. People around him and even his parents and sisters think he is a lunatic gibberish. Only the little fat boy Nair (Tucker Albrizzi dubbing) who is also ridiculed at school believes and is willing to agree with him. Man is a friend. On this day, the simple and crazy Uncle Plante (voiced by John Goodman) finds Norman. Uncle is also a psychic. He told Norman a major secret. The ghost of the witch who was killed by the people at the beginning of the town was about to awaken. Then the witch will bring the terrifying zombies to curse the townspeople.
Soon, the uncle died, and the witch's doomed death day was approaching. Norman must find a way to save his town...
