I have always had a love for animated films. Although the animated film market has been occupied by Disney and Fox, it is not easy for the film maker Illumination of the Despicable Me Minions series to make their own id. This may be the last chapter in the series. For a great movie, if its sequel doesn't surpass it, it will be mediocre, because people expect more novel visuals, and when the feedback does not meet expectations, there will be a gap. Compared with the previous two films, this third Despicable Me is nothing short of a job done by a viewer.
I like to watch cartoon movies more often because they don’t need to watch with too much mood and logic. They simply appreciate the beauty in fairy tales. Those impossible in reality can be realized in animation, and also in the protagonist. There are many laughs hidden in their words and sentences, and more often they bring out some life truths and sublimate the whole cartoon. Many of the original soundtracks in this film are very familiar, paying tribute to Mj, and the last part of the dance fight is really a fair dance.
Despicable Me 3 is a process of transformation, the expression of the work is changing: from one branch to three branches; the characters are changing: gru has changed from a villain who used to do all kinds of evil to a special agent working for a government department; the number of roles has changed again : Gru is no longer lonely because he has an extra twin brother. The plot of the main line is that a once-popular child star was refrigerated and excluded, and became a big bad guy who wanted to take revenge. As an agent, gru and his wife, lucy, started a story of fighting wits against him.
Life is impermanent, good people can become bad people, and bad people can become good people. Humans are both good and evil creatures, and it is our own choice which side we stand on. The most innocent is probably a child, only the youngest daughter Agnes has been insisting on the dream of finding a unicorn.
