There are more sex scenes in the movie than all the descriptions in the novel put together, and it's a little less throbbing than the way Rooney is overwhelmed by the unintentional touch of the devil. Probably because I waited too long, I felt like I finished watching the whole movie in a few seconds, and the sentences in highsmith's book kept jumping out and pointing fingers at the movie. You have to watch it at least three times to know exactly what you are watching.

When the movie is played on the big screen, the rough and retro feel of the shooting comes out immediately. Unlike watching it on the computer, there is more room to feel the flowing intension.

Rooney's words seem to be acting in her true colors no matter how you look at it. Maybe this is the reason why people think she should win the award. I have seen that she is like that, not acting.
