The whole movie feels pretty good to me. At first I thought that even if there were sensitive topics in this movie, it wouldn’t be so deep, but when I saw the state banquet, I didn’t think so at all, the director. The purpose of the writer and the screenwriter is obviously not for grandstanding, but they also know that through a movie they can't make themselves famous, so they only did one thing: tell us the story of a black housekeeper's life.
There are too many things to watch in this story, or in other words there are too many places to gossip, but when all audiences are attracted by the story and can’t help gossip, the director seems to have signed a non-disclosure agreement with the White House. The same is true without telling everyone, even if the director has taken great pains to take pictures that you would never see at all, what he has taken are the pictures you imagined! So in my mind, the point of deduction for real-life biopics is here: you know that things are not like this but you have to make it like this, then you should not be shy in the beginning of the film and tell everyone that "this film is adapted from real events." Oh! wrong! He at least told us how many pairs of shoes Jacqueline Kennedy had.
Even so, this movie still has a lot to watch. You shouldn’t miss the All-Star lineup. When familiar but old faces appear on the screen, there may be one that can evoke good memories of your past. On the other hand, this film is also very expressive as a standard family warmth movie. The emotional entanglement between the two generations in the film is actually a contradiction between the old and new ideas in modern America. The whole process happened to experience dozens of the most changing American thoughts. This year, before and after this year, it is always the perfect embodiment of an "American Dream" in an ordinary American family. This kind of "roots are red" leftist melody movies, it is no wonder that they have won some awards in the recent major awards ceremonies. .
As for the celestial losers mentioned at the beginning of this article, the reason why they hate this movie is also very simple. The first is because they have a lower status than the black slaves in the film, and the second is because the United States still has serious problems. Racial discrimination, thirdly, is because there is no hope in their lives! (I don’t want to be a slave in the celestial dynasty, but I don’t even have to be a slave when I go abroad)
