The Thing

Although thriller horror movies mainly exist for the purpose of being "terrifying", after watching it, it is often the exquisite logical relationship in the film that people can talk about. Although most such films cannot do this, as a A horror movie loses half of its life if it doesn't have an unexpected logical relationship in it. The film does not explain clearly the way the monsters infect other creatures from beginning to end. Is it contact infection, air infection, or food evolution? The audience can't understand, this directly affects the controllability of the final foreshadowing.
From the perspective of the plot, the "Infernal Affairs" type of plot can always have a good room for expansion. If the audience can always be unable to distinguish between the enemy and the enemy, the audience and the plot can be well tied together. Unfortunately, the screenwriter is not here. On the one hand, after digging deeper, the conflict ended in a hurry after the inexplicable chaos, and then embarked on a predictable traditional horror film path. There is a similar place where alien creatures are afraid of flames. Premature exposure of the weaknesses of alien creatures also makes the terror index plummet.

Scott's mistress. The monster special effects are well done, not much better than the old version, but not much different

The essence of the original is lost, just a sci-fi horror film that is not too bad. What bothers me most is why it is obviously a prequel, but there are so many copy and paste of the original work? And it's a pity that Joel Edgerton hit back soy sauce...
