Really bad

Nicholas Cage played a bad policeman with all kinds of poisons. And there seems to be no good people in the film. . . Cage changed his sluggish performance in a series of commercial films in recent years. Let people re-appreciate the demeanor of the Oscar actor. "Bad Lieutenant" is another comedy, and Cage continues to be promoted while misbehaving. Maybe the sequel should be called "Bad Captain". Fang Kimmer plays Cage’s partner. He is a bit unrecognizable when he is over fifty years old. Think of the "Batman" who was so victorious in those days, that feels like a heroic twilight. After all, not all filmmakers are waiting to become Harrison Ford or Sean Connery.
