Feel a lot of bugs

There is a big bug in this film, why there is no firearm? If you just engrave the cross as the show says, you can kill the devil. If you engrave the cross on the bullet and put a few machine guns on the church, it should be invincible, right? I don’t understand why the demons don’t use firearms, and it says "Only souls can kill them." Then why the demons can kill them with bare hands. I wonder if humans can use guns against the demons and the Nightwalker Dragons to cause harm to them. Because I heard that this drama is the same as the Underworld series. As a fan of Underworld, I watched it, but it's really different from the Underworld series.
