Feelings about BoJack Horseman

It's an amazing show, and what I liked at the beginning was the humorous shell it put on, and after an episode or two, I fell in love with the truth of life it reflected. Everyone can see the shadow of their own life in this drama. Although it is an American drama, life is the same everywhere.
The show revolves around a middle-aged star, Ma BoJack. BoJack has almost all his shortcomings. He is lazy, procrastinating, and has not started writing the first chapter after a year and a half of writing the book; vanity Strong-hearted and competitive, especially in the way he gets along with Mr. Peanut Butter; self-centered, never listening to Todd's expression, constantly hurting my Princess Caroline; selfish, ruining Todd's future for personal purposes... ...But such a male protagonist, who has all kinds of shortcomings, truly reflects human nature. Who dares to say that these "human evils" released from Pandora's box are not contaminated at all?
BoJack is hateful, but BoJack is also kind and lonely. There are many people around him, but he can't find someone to confide in. He lives alone in a big house, so he is willing to take in Todd. I think many people have experienced this kind of loneliness. In life, we are busy with promotions and raises to support our family, and complex interpersonal relationships are also prohibitive. Everyone is accustomed to talking at a certain distance. rare. Sometimes, when the lights are dim, and in the middle of the night, I find that you seem to have nothing to do with the whole world, and we are all alone.
People are born different, but society rarely pays attention to everyone's differences. It just wants to make everyone a "same" product to adapt to the rules of the society. The society expects each of us to be mature, smooth and efficient, but it doesn't care. do you like it. It trains everyone according to the established standards, and if the unqualified ones are eliminated, we keep shaping ourselves according to the standards, but we become more and more lonely, because we don't like ourselves either.
Love all the supporting characters except the horse man, the kind and timid Diana, the sweet and caring Mr. Peanutbutter, the drowsy Todd, and of course, my favorite Princess Caroline. She's simple, neat, and clean, typical of a strong woman, deeply in love with BoJack, and wipes her ass on call. She comes from an ordinary poor family, and the hardships she has endured along the way can be imagined. She longs for a warm family, but she is still alone in her forties. When I saw her celebrating her birthday alone, I burst into tears. No matter how strong a person is, they want to have a shoulder they can rely on.
From time to time, following the plot is immersed in a kind of sadness. This play uses a simple style of painting and a realistic plot to remind us of real life from time to time. Starting from a single sperm, people start a long battle, and the process is mixed, but it may be complete after experience. Life is short, and constant struggle is also constant redemption. I think the important thing is not the struggle itself, but that we can become more and more aware of ourselves in the struggle again and again.
Falling in love with oneself is narcissism, chasing oneself is masochism, giving birth to oneself is redemption, killing oneself is destruction, and although time travel is temporarily sealed in an unknowable dimension, these relationships are real. As Eileen Chang said: "Life is a gorgeous robe full of lice."
