But it moved me magically, and twice! Because those who originally had a good life, whether for the sake of faith or spirit, or pursuit, sacrificed their lives and defended the relics of civilization, this in itself is a thing worthy of admiration. Although it was not adequately represented by the movie, it was able to get the spirit.
It is mentioned twice in the play, which is more important, life or artwork?
I don't have a definite answer. But when I saw those artworks and relics that I did not understand in museums such as the Louvre, Odyssey, Uzi, Vatican, Cairo, etc., I was completely shocked and moved. I think that's what it means to be dedicated to art.
We don't know the deeds of those heroes or remember their names, but the moment we are struck by the artwork they sacrificed their lives to defend, they are worth more than the artwork itself.
