It is not necessarily the inability to do anything about reality that makes people mentally distressed, but the deep apology in the heart after weighing it, or in other words, it is the inability to help in the panic, and the weakness that cannot face the ills of human nature. It is indeed disrespectful to break into anyone's life, and it will not be a good deed to control the rights of others in the end, but the worst thing is that when you unintentionally give others great hope, you are noncommittal in the choice of right and wrong. After all, it is because of the good nature that causes anxiety.
