dream boy

We were all young, chasing our dreams, how can we wait to grow old?
In the film "Billy Elliot", the young Billy's life is bleak at the beginning: his mother lost his mother at an early age, and his father and brother were miners in the town. Billy can only talk to his grandma at home. The grumpy father loved his family dearly, but the untimely death of his wife robbed him of the warmth of a father. Billy's life seems to have lost its suspense early in the morning. He usually goes to school and goes to a humble gym to practice boxing on weekends. We can even see some hints of Stephen Chow from Billy's childish and funny boxing! Men can only do masculine activities - boxing, wrestling, football. But it is impossible for my father to always control a heart that wants to jump out of the box to find his own dream, a dream of dancing that only belongs to him!
The background is chaotic and the situation is brutal. When the miners in Ellington, England were on strike for their own welfare, when Billy's father Jackie and brother Tony, who were representatives of the miners' group, were fighting with the police outside, our lovely Billy was in an accidental boxing Find another new world after class. The ballet girls attracted him, and Ms. Wikinson, as I expected, quickly became Billy's first teacher. The "outlier" in the ballet class at the beginning quickly became the most promising new star. But this is not easy to come by! Billy practiced ballet in the small space at home, and when he was spinning on one foot, he always had to beware of the eyes of his father and brother. This is a depressed family. Billy's deceased mother became its mainstay. "Perhaps when you grow up with the old harpsichord at home, your impression of me will be quite vague, but remember to be true to yourself." My mother loves art, and the old harpsichord at home can testify. But this is long gone. Billy, who misses his mother, doesn't complain to his father about all this. Maybe he has already realized in his heart that his father misses her more deeply.
Billy's vent is to resort to dancing. From bouncing on the bed at the beginning and end, showing us various poses in the air like a trampoline, to screaming, tap dancing and destroying in the street to the beat of Brit rock when my father throws a tantrum at him Items... all this makes a mind only eleven years old to show the world its joys, sorrows and sorrows. All these illusions, only dance!
Even in the middle of the film, the father broke into Billy's small world, and Ms. Wikinson couldn't help Billy to open a small kitchen. At first I came across as a bad, unartistic woman, even Billy thought she was a loser. Nothing is absolute, why hasn't Ms. Wikinson dreamed of art? When she plays Tchaikovsky's "Swan Lake" in her car in the steely harbour, while telling Billy about a love that has a tragic tone in the music, it's flat and worldly: in the end, of course, the prince didn't Marry her, marry another woman... The death of the Swan Princess came from her mouth, which actually implied the destruction of her artistic life!
Christmas is coming, and the Billys are dead. When the coal mine went on strike, my father had to smash my mother's beloved wooden piano and set it on fire for warmth. Seeing what happened to her mother's beloved at home, Billy just stared blankly. But when at the gym, when his father caught Billy dancing, Billy decided to stop suppressing the fire in his heart - he released his passion in front of his father, although young, but full of life! Before the dance came to an abrupt end, my father started to turn and run out of the gym. Excited, he seemed to see the shadow of his dead wife, or was the repression of the strike a huge contrast to Billy's dance vigor, making him unbearable? None of this is known to us, all I do know is that my father completely changed that night. The passion and dream of art seem to have awakened my father's long-numb heart.
Everything changed rapidly. The Royal School of Ballet seems to be beckoning to the father and son. But the cruelty of reality once again bound Billy: the rigid and critical eyes of the judges seemed to make Billy feel uncomfortable, and the dance was a lot stiffer. But one of his answers impressed the judges:
"How do you feel when you dance?" "I don't know...it feels good, it's a little stiff, but once I start dancing, I forget everything.… Nothing else exists, just mine Body. I feel like my body is changing, as if there is a fire in my body, an electric current that touches my whole body. Like a bird, soaring in the sky..."
The grasp of dance and its potential led Billy to finally receive an admission letter from the Emperor. On the occasion of parting, the deep love between father and son made the father especially vulnerable. He wept, and both of them cried. The boy who chased the dream left, went far in the direction of his dream, and started a new journey. His footsteps were on the shoulders of his father and Ms. Wikinson, as the poor family had to sell off his mother's jewelry. The strike has stopped, and Wikinson is still teaching ballet at the old gymnasium for 50p each. Father and brother looked sluggish, riding the ladder rails towards the dark and boundless mine, Wikinson often daze alone in the gym, and Billy, with their dreams, fought hard in another world. A bird that yearns for freedom cannot be trapped by the best cage; a tree that yearns for the sky cannot stop it, even in barren land.
In the blink of an eye, a teenager has grown into an outstanding ballet dancer. He was thrilled as his father and brother watched him offstage. Especially my father, with tears in his eyes! The young man helped him realize his dream, and helped his deceased mother realize his dream - when he leaped into the center of the stage and struggled to soar, at this moment, the world fell for him!
