What is this lump?

Maybe it's because my English is very poor and I didn't understand so many slang phrases, but I really didn't understand the values that the film is trying to sell to us. The male protagonist is really ugly and has a big mental problem. It's rare to accept a game like this. The heroine doesn't see the stunning feeling of the movie except for her figure, and the emotional foundation of the two is weak and nonsensical. This movie wants to tell the audience that love has no grades, but it took me more than 30 years to understand it. The concept of pedigree goes against the grain, obviously, this is a small budget, with ideas, immature, the director and screenwriter have not yet learned to tell a story.
