Everyone in the movie is crouching at the feet of the princess. This is not the age of empires. In fact, this is the case in any dynasty or generation. This is a chronic disease of human beings. To be high above and to be admired is something we all aspire to. But getting these comes at a price. Being a princess isn't so fun, and all the female Ah Qs in the world can feel at ease.
Most of the plot of the movie is a bit rambling, but the burden at the end is beautiful, and the last ten minutes are a model of sensationalism in the movie. The expressions of handsome guys and beauties are too good. The pretended smile tears the hearts of the audience, and will not stop until you cry.
