"Coach Carter" is based on the true story of high school basketball coach Ken Carter. Ken Carter, the basketball coach of Richmond High School in California, sent the 13-game undefeated team to the bench during the 1999 season, citing poor school performance. He has also been widely debated.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
What we fear is not our present but our future self.

It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We are more afraid of the light side than the dark side.

Your playing small does not serve the world.
Holding back doesn't change the world.

We are all meant to shine, as children do. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
Everyone can shine.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
When we achieve something, it also affects the actions of others.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
We free ourselves from our own fears and also help others.

This is what a seventeen or eighteen-year-old child said. At that time, he really understood the meaning of it.
Many times, we pretend to have a heart that wants to become stronger, but we dare not face it.
What we fear is not the fear itself, but the self who is ready to go.
When you're ready, don't let fear hold you back.
Change yourself, influence others, and have an amazing you in the future.
