It's a tragedy

Because of that viral ad that drove me to watch this show, which I thought was going to be a comedy, I was totally surprised. A devout believer gave birth to an illegitimate daughter, and he didn't explain it clearly at the beginning. As the plot progressed, he realized why Carrie was so timid and autistic. Then came Carrie's embarrassment, which was ridiculed, but also loved. After her second embarrassment, she started killing like a white-haired witch. Although she took revenge, she also received the punishment she deserved. In fact, this story makes people feel very sad. Why do some people come into this world destined to suffer? This movie doesn't give any positive signals, I haven't seen the previous one, and it's really far from what I imagined. I think remakes should give us something positive sometimes, especially commercial films like this. Looking back, it turns out that the starring role is the little girl who eats chewing gum in "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". She has grown into a big girl. It seems that I am old. (I checked it later, it was not the same little girl, I made a mistake. 2019.10.28)

Bullying classmates will be punished. Not scary, not scary, in order to see the big move, but the goose is over in ten minutes? The casting of Chloë Moretz was the biggest problem, she was too sweet and soft for the neurotic character.

  • Carrie White: [Looks at the prom-goers with rage, blood starts to levitate off her body]

Heather: [Confused at what she's seeing, says to her prom date] Are you seeing this?

Carrie White: [starts to hyperventilate in anger, more blood rises off her body]

Heather: [Tries dragging along her prom date to escape] Come on!

[Gives up and tries to make her escape alone]
