To be honest, when I first saw this movie, I didn't understand the meaning of the movie's name (because I didn't read the spoiler beforehand), I thought it was a translation problem, but after watching it, I realized what the real movie was about Blocked panic, very uncomfortable. The film takes conspiracy and love as the main line, and the memory and reality of the hero Justin are constantly intertwined and interspersed as the keynote of the whole film. His wife, Tessa, lost her life in order to expose the sins of the pharmaceutical company. From beginning to end, she never told her husband how dangerous her career was, just because she loved Justin too much and just wanted to protect him. And Justin finds the truth in the constant self-blame and guilt over his wife's death. Although the road ahead is quite bumpy, and although the threat of death is always with him, the male protagonist has never flinched, fighting against evil alone, only because of his firm and immortal belief in his heart. At the end of the film, there is a tragic atmosphere. Justin came to the lake where his wife died, reminiscing about the bits and pieces with his wife, and quietly waiting for death to come. He threw away the pistol magazine, gave up the last weapon that could protect him, and turned his back to the gunman extremely calmly. Death was not terrible. At this moment, Justin's heart was already with Tessa. The final picture is fixed on a group of distant birds, accompanied by the low voice of the black man, and there is a sense of heroic sacrifice. Justin has continued his persistent spirit of planting flowers in the garden to the search for the truth, which is really illuminating. Theme - Immortality.
Mom said it was uncomfortable, and felt that the protagonist should not wait for death without resistance, but I feel that Justin has a sense of relief that his mission and responsibilities have been completed after finding the evidence, and the next step is to find love. Home, he kept saying, Tessa was his home, and it was.
I also added that the song sung by the black people is really good. I watched the home theater plus 1080p HD TV. I was deeply shocked by the strange charm of the African continent, and I highly recommend it.
