Empty Gorgeous

The propaganda in the early stage was too gorgeous, covering up the emptiness of the storyline. The production of the old house was chic and realistic, but it was full of deliberate goths. The appearance is nothing but an expression of a woman's twisted love. Model worker can definitely afford a gothic romantic heroine, Mia seems to have broken into another Alice crew, and Hithern (although he is my male god, but I have to say) did not show much acting skills , is just consuming his handsome face, beautiful London accent and noble literary classical temperament. Maybe it's a little bit more passable.

Crimson Peak quotes

  • [first lines]

Edith Cushing: [narrating] Ghosts are real. This much I know. The first time I saw one I was 10 years old. It was my mother's. Black cholera had taken her. So Father ordered a closed casket, asked me not to look. There were to be no parting kisses. No goodbyes. No last words. That is, until the night she came back.

  • Society Girl: It seems he's a baronet.

    Society Girl: What's a baronet?

Society Girl: Well, an aristocrat of some sort.

Edith Cushing: A man that feeds off land that others work for him. A parasite with a title.

Society Girl: This parasite is perfectly charming and a magnificent dancer. Although, that wouldn't concern you, would it, Edith, our very young Jane Austen?
