Just remeber me

What I thought was a very bland plot ended up with a cliché Hollywood-style reunion. The actor's death in the 2011, 9, 11 events was indeed beyond my expectations, but if it wasn't for that, I would be really sorry for the movie's title.
There are no gorgeous fighting scenes and unreal love stories. The biggest feature of this film is that it is emotional. The love between Taylor and Emily is actually the product of mutual understanding and warmth between two "rebellious" youths with trauma and family problems. But what impressed me the most in this film was not their love but Taylor's brother-sister love to Caroline. Read her fairy tale books, pick her up from school, encourage her to be more social, stand up for her when she's being bullied (I thought Tyler was utterly handsome when he flipped her sister's girl's desk over)… ...Woooo~~~ What a caring brother. I've always wanted to have such a brother since I was a child, but it's a pity that my mother's stomach is not up to par!
Tyler's love is just a clue, and it brings up a lot of things, among them Tyler's problems with his dad. I don't know how many kids in this world are at odds with their dads. I'm one of them anyway, just like I can't understand Tyler's dad saying he loves them but forcing them to do things they don't like to be absent from a show that was important to Caroline, I can't understand my own dad either Apart from meeting my material needs, I have the impression that he almost never fulfilled the responsibilities of a father. So much so that sometimes I almost forget that I have a father. But Taylor ended up finding pictures of them on his dad's computer, and he actually loved them. In fact, I have always known that my dad loves me in his self-righteous foolish way, sometimes it really makes me very incomprehensible, but in my heart I know clearly that he loves me, even if he is absent from my life a lot important or unimportant occasions. After all, he is almost 50 years old, and I will not stay with him for too long. I don't want to leave too many regrets in my life!
Well, I wrote a movie review that didn't feel like a movie review.
Finally, I offer a monologue of Taylor in the movie
Whatever you do in life will be insignificant, but it's very important that you do it, because nobody else will.
like when someone comes into your life and half of you says, you're nowhere near ready but the other says, make her yous forever.

Remember Me quotes

  • Tyler: [from trailer] Gandhi said that whatever you do in life will be insignificant. But it's very important that you do it. I tend to agree with the first part.

  • Tyler: [from trailer] Someone's been trying to tell me something. Make her yours forever, and I'm working on the forever part.
