Film Review Chapter 550 "Bad Boys 3" - Recalling the past

The film "Jedi Boys 3" premiered in the United States on January 17.

The film still stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.

"Band of the Jedi" (1995) came out in the mid-1990s.

Eight years later, the original cast released the second episode of the series, "Bad Boys 2" (2003).

After 25 years, the two male protagonists in the play have both become grandfather-level old police detectives who have reached retirement age.

Detective Barnett, played by Lawrence, also became a grandfather in this episode and began his retirement.

By contrast, Detective Laurie, played by Smith, still lives a dashing single life.

The two old grandfathers with gray beards still like to race cars.

The drag racing scene at the beginning of the film is not inferior to Fast and Furious.

But the elderly grandpa seems to be only able to race:

This episode only has the speed of a Porsche, but does not have any passionate scenes with beautiful women.

Time is a butcher's knife.

The play satirizes that Detective Barnett has lived without X for many years and needs the support of the little blue pill.

At the same time, Detective Barnett also helped Detective Lowry on the sickbed to dye his white beard black.

Except for the two drag racing scenes, the plot is really far-fetched. It can be said that this film is showing off a kind of feeling.

This film reminds us of the police and gangster films in the United States and Hong Kong in the 1990s: street racing, gunfights, simple plots, and a little humor.

Recommend this movie to viewers who like traditional cop movies.

I wish you a nice weekend.
