The end of the legend

If I were to briefly comment on this film in one sentence, it would probably be:
a low-age animated film with a plot that is too simple to be too great, supported by the unparalleled 3DCG technology of DreamWorks.

I don't know anything about CG technology, but look at the hairs on those animals. Li Shan's body is mixed with white hairs and tells about his age. When Abao takes a bath, those fluffs are curled up as if they can make people feel the dampness around him.
Under the IMAX screen, the lifelike animal fur is full of texture, as if your hand can touch the furry animal skin.

However, movies are not stunts.
Without a good story, the audience can only remember a few paragraphs or a certain scene in the movie.

When I watch a series of movies, I always want to compare its previous works.
And when I recalled the plot of Kung Fu Panda 123 in the past two days, I really felt that one was not as good as the other.

The success of Panda 1, in my opinion, is an animated remake of Jackie Chan-style funny kung fu movies, which brings back the feeling of Hong Kong kung fu movies of the era of "Drunken Fist 2".
Conceptually, this film is full of the philosophical style of Chinese civilization, and the characters of the tortoise and immortal are beaded. Although it is preaching, it is not annoying.
Master Raccoon and A Bao the panda are also constantly changing and settling things in the interaction - "teaching students according to their aptitude and believing in students (future)" at the master level, and "being born to be me and believing in myself" by A Bao.

The plot of Panda 2 is a bit more plain water, basically it is a preaching of "recognizing reality and self", and to some extent "Panda Prince's Revenge".
However, Panda 2 is full of sincerity in the production scale of the scenes, which can be called the magnificent Peacock City, the magnificent Peacock Tower, and the later decisive battle of the navy. Said to allow the audience to find the footsteps of Pandaria continent.

In my opinion, Panda 3 might as well be called "Kung Fu Panda 2.5", which somewhat "complicates" the panda world.

Panda 3 repeats Panda 1's "believe in yourself" in the plot, and also repeats Panda 2's "Panda Prince Returns".
However, the open and secret struggle between the two fathers did not produce the spark it should have.
The other is the second plus confusion of the plot.
A Bao became a coach in a confused way, came to the panda village in a confused way, and then upgraded in a confused way, killing the boss and saving the world.

Panda 3 also did not reach the height of 2 in terms of space span and scene production.
Although the father and son passed through the snow-capped mountains and grasslands, the panda village was a little too small, and although the spiritual world was boundless, it was illusory.
After watching the whole movie, the most majestic building is the Emerald Palace, which is disillusioned with the wind in only 5 seconds.
This is really a trace of reversing history...

When it comes to the scene, we can't help but say that this Thunder Cliff on the top of the mountain, Abu, is a paradise.
There are a bunch of delicious middle school pandas in the panda village. To be honest, they didn't make me feel any closeness.
Halfway through the film, a bear kid next to me said something to his father, which made everyone around me amused.
"Dad, these pandas are so stupid!"

Hearing this sentence, I felt inexplicable disgust anyway.
Maybe I'm being hypocritical, but looking at the appearance of the pandas in the panda village, I really can't put the four big characters "naive" on them.

I'm going to quote a short line from "Tropic Thunder" here.
Everyone understands that you can't play pure idiots.
Although Rain Man is stupid, he can count toothpicks, and he can cheat in playing cards
. He's not really stupid! He's still a fighting hero, can an idiot be a hero?
But you are playing a fool, never play a fool.
If you're not convinced, just ask Sean Penn in "Different Dad." He played a real idiot, and he didn't even get the Mao award.

Regarding the Panda Village, the above line has already expressed my heart very well, so I don't need to say more.

Many people will say, what is the real name of the cartoon filmed for children?
I think this is a forced whitewashing of the plot.
In terms of the depth of the plot, Kung Fu Panda 3 is not comparable to Kung Fu Panda 1 at all, and even in terms of the compactness of the plot, it is not much better than Kung Fu Panda 2.

More importantly, Kung Fu Panda 3 overemphasized the "low-child age group"-style gags, and repeatedly deleted Kung Fu Panda's historical martial arts action scenes.
The duel with the final BOSS is more like the "Dragon Ball" Monkey King vs. Majin Buu, which was sprayed into slag by countless fans. It is simple and rude, and has nothing to do with Kung Fu martial arts-Abao incarnates Super Saiyan 3, even his body Braving the "golden vindictiveness".

The only thing that interests me a little in Kung Fu Panda 3 is the soundtrack of Hans Jimo and the way of telling the memories of the turtle fairy in Chinese painting.
But just like the sentence we said earlier, the movie is not a stack of flashes of light.

I sprayed it for a long time, but I still have to say that Kung Fu Panda 3 is a beautiful movie.
It has problems of one kind or another, but the details of this film are in place.
In addition to the "real fur texture" mentioned earlier, it was the first time I saw a Chinese-dubbed Hollywood movie in an IMAX theater. It is said that DreamWorks even made a Chinese-dubbed mouth type in order to cater for the Chinese market (I didn't watch it carefully anyway... ).

Finally, what I want to complain about is DreamWorks' amazing schedule.
Because I was afraid of going head-to-head with Star 7, I chose to open the painting a week before the Chinese Lunar New Year.
The ideal is very full, but the reality in China is:
under the support of "returning home during the Spring Festival is our belief", a large part of the most important box-office consumers in China are undergoing the largest migration in human history, while the other Some people who want to watch the movie are thinking about how to clean their house...

Shenma, you said that when they get home, they can go to the cinema to watch the movie?
Zhou Xingchi's mermaid, Aaron Kwok's version of Sun Wukong three times, and Macau Fengyun 3, which sells cheap and cute, is probably the most important box office output during the Lunar New Year.

The legend of kung fu animation created by Kung Fu Panda 1, in Kung Fu Panda 3, is a bit of a last resort.
As for whether it will end, I don't see it, maybe Panda 4 will explode into another climax.

I just feel that DreamWorks has worked so hard and earnestly to make a somewhat boring legendary sequel, which is somewhat a pity, whether it explodes at the box office or dies.
