It can be over in a second
I was having lunch with my mom in the plaza, and a man was killed right in front me.
He died on my arms.
And i thought, it can't end just like that on valentine's day.
And i thought about all the peolple who love him waiting at home
who will never see him again
And then i thought, what if there is no one what if you live your whole life and no one is waiting
So i drove to the lake house looking for any kind of answer
and i found you and i let myself get lost in this beautiful fantasy where time stands still
but it's not real alex. i have to learn the real life that i've got .plz don't write anymore don't try to find me

This is the monologue of Kate when she finds there is no future for the two of them. Kate waits at the resturant all night long and feels disappointed ,so she writes to Alex a dear John letter .
At this moment i just got a feeling that Alex may be dead at the scene where the car accident happened. Sure enough, it turns out ,i am a fortune teller,yay!
They meet at the lake house which is made of glass and at that time they are seeing someone who are not the one .
They write to each other, they illustrate what happend right now. At first, they all think it is a big mistake or a joke made by the other. However it is not like that easy as they think to be .Alex is an architect who lives in 2004,while Kate is the Dr. Foster in 2006.
They promise to eache other they will have a date at a resturant tomorrow which is tomorrow for Kate and two years later for Alex.For some reasons, something must have happened so that Alex did not show up ,which disappoints Kate a lot .At this moment, the more rational Kate realize the relation have to be ended ,even though she is the last person who is willing to say goodbye. Kate does not write to Alex from then on whereas Alex still write to her and still hope to hear from her .It is not easy for both of them.
Kate comes back to her old boyfriend and lead a misery life. The couple want to buy a house and change the structure a little bit .So they pay a visit to a architecture company which ,by chance, is owned by the brother of Alex. When Kate and her boyfriend leave the office she sees the sketch on the wall,illustruting the glass-made lake house.Something is striking on Kate's heart.She just knows the reason why Alex did not come to the resturant as they promised,because he died by that time. She runs out of the office heading to the lake house and writes to Alex who is alive two years before. Two years passed, they finally at the lake house and be together. A happy ending ! Warm and touching !
I still remember the disappointment when i watched the time traveller's wife. I read the oringin book first and wait desperately to the film to release. But the film is not as amazing as the novel and it is full of bugs .Most of all ,the ending is so lame. Even though THE LAKE HOUSE is the same kind of film as THE TIMETRAVELLER'S WIFE, it is just far more than interesting !
It is a story of love and wait .Love is destinied and deserved to wait the one to show up . We have to get a little faith in it .Moreover when we feel loney and admiring other's happiness,we should have deep understanding of the plan of GOD just as there is one who is just waiting for us. This is the way it is supposed to be, we shouldn't go it alone. People born alone but they ain't born lonely.
We do not know what will happen tomorrow, since the future is kind of event that never happened before. But the traits of it are sort of fansinating! Let's say ,if what will happend is just the another copy fo today,what do you think ?!Damn lame ,right!!LOL
