poetry and distance

After reading "The Ballad of Drunken Township", I turned out No Country for Old Men by the Coen Brothers and reviewed it again.
It tells a warm and idealistic story, which fits with certain values in my heart and brings a great heart resonance.
The story is just an interception of a fragment of the protagonist's life. The plot is simple, but the idealistic pride reflected in it makes people tempted. When reality conflicts with ideals, choose ideals resolutely and be proud; even if you are beaten, criticize bad performances, be proud; even if you are cold or hungry, you will never compromise the quality of music because of interests, be proud. That kind of pride even made people feel that he was noble, completely forgetting the downfall of his life.
There is no ups and downs, no great joy and great sorrow, plain, but moving. It doesn't hit you like a fist, it soaks into you like a scent.
The interlude of the movie is moving enough, the melody sounds, and the mind is instantly quiet. The music, pictures, atmosphere, everything is just right, and the folk songs fully demonstrate the unique charm and appeal.
Gao Xiaosong's sentence is perfect to reflect the theme of the film: life is not only about the present, but also poetry and the distance!
