watch a movie for a song

"500 miles" has long been heard, but this year it became my favorite ballad.
So it's no surprise to see this movie just for the song.

But, even with all kinds of good ballads in the movie (such as "Fare Thee Well", "The Storms on the Ocean", "The Death of Queen Jane"), he still can't be like "Once" or "" "Before Sunset", even if I listen to it so many times over the years, I won't get tired of it, but I will still be moved.

After writing this, I decided to turn out the "Love in" series and watch it for the Nth time.

I want to become a cat, walk with this loser singer, and cherish the memory of a passing era of folk songs-even if I walk around the last time and return to the original point. The gentle and cold Coen brothers shake off the bitterness of the music road a little bit. It feels like walking in a city where the snow is starting to melt, and there is a warm and cold atmosphere in the mud.

Inside Llewyn Davis quotes

  • Jean: You don't want to go anywhere, and that's why the same shit's going to keep happening to you, because you want it to.

    Llewyn Davis: Is that why?

Jean: Yes, and also because you're an asshole!

  • Llewyn Davis: [on Please Mr. Kennedy song] Hey, look... I'm really happy for the gig but who... who wrote this?

    Jim: I did.
