To say that complex character genre films are not uncommon in Europe and the United States, but the film unexpectedly received a lot of praise after it was released, and won two trophies. Not only did the director win the Breakthrough Director Award in Capri, but Michael Shannon once again proved his acting talent at the Newport Beach Film Festival and won the honorary award. Although Michael Shannon’s killer section did not have much success, it was treated with a tepid approach, but with a mustache, driving a car with a family and others accidentally crashed on the street. After a quarrel, he was angry. The scenes of car chasing have somewhat improved the viewability. It can be seen that the director has been deliberately downplaying the killer link, and focused more on the human side.
Although this film is not the same as "This Killer Is Not So Cold", Michael Shannon is not Jean Reynolds, nor is this a French film. The crime concept is more similar to "Give and Gain", commonly known as "The Strong Men Robbery Group" "Such an alternative American dream movie. But still under the leadership of Michael Shannon, let people experience a real American killer career. The only pity is that the film's portrayal of the character's psychology is slightly inadequate. In most cases, it is more like a running account. Only as an American gangster film, it has the biggest difference from routine productions, and it is closer to the humanistic temperament of "The Godfather". At this point, it is worthy of recognition and support.
