Personally feel strange.

First of all, I think this movie is OK, almost as good-looking as "Moon".
Personally feel strange.
1. Don't the pilots tie ropes when they leave the warehouse and enter the warehouse? It seems to have watched CCTV.
2. Why are ground robots not prepared for surface collection work?
3. There is no backup plan for underground exploration work?
4. It is impossible for the last monster to live by eating green algae, right? Is there a yarn for tentacles? If you eat the upstream creatures of green algae, this kind of upstream creature group should be bigger than the big monster and inferior to the green algae, right? The big monster appears in the area but does not have the food it needs. Is it here for vacation? Non-intelligent creatures should be controlled by the desire to eat, right?
5. The solar storm ruined the communication measures. I personally feel that the aerospace industry must have foreseen this issue a long time ago. Why is there no backup plan?
6. Astronauts are not actors, so after professional training, they will be forced?

If the setting is not old-fashioned, it can be bearable no matter how boring it is. But the imagination of this movie is really bad...

The biggest highlight of the film is the director's integration of split-screen effects and various pseudo-documentary shooting techniques, which hides the roughness of production and the simplicity of the story, and brings a great sense of reality to the audience. It is a pity that there are only events in the film, no characters, and the horror atmosphere is not good. The final approach of putting the climax and the ending together is too "short", and it can only be said to be quite satisfactory on the whole.

Europa Report quotes

  • Andrei Blok: What would you do if you get out there and find nothing?

William Xu: Well, even if we found nothing it's an effective discovery.

  • Dr. Samantha Unger: Andrei and James had to do an EVA to repair the system. A bit like performing ballet and rocket science at 125,000 miles an hour.
