Say it's bad, say it's good, Reivew on 21 & Over

When I downloaded this movie from the Internet, I saw the introduction and realized that it was the same director and the plot as "The Hangover", so I didn’t have much expectation that this movie would give me a more shocking visual impact or The plot is intriguing. But after reading it, I still feel a little emotional.
Why is it not good to say "21 Played the World", the deduction will be deducted from the plot of the dog's blood and the highlights that the public has already seen in "The Hangover". But there are also some wonderful scenes that can make the audience shout, such as Jeff’s vomiting scenes, beautiful women running naked and naked.
