A movie that could have been good

To be honest, the reason I watched this film is because of the fight between these two comedy masters. By the way, I watched the awesome cameo appearances. This should have been a very exciting film.
I don't have professional knowledge. I just talk about the audience's feelings. After watching the whole movie, Steve and Jim Carrey seem to have separated from the script and are fighting, because the script is really written---a dog. A very good beginning, the character of Jim Carrey also made people shine, Steve's usual cold humor was full, but at the end, especially at the end, the character status change of the two characters was inevitably written by the screenwriter. Too much: Jim Carrey should be a new force, but also to bring people novelty and joy, and the character shaped by the front-end part is still relatively far away from fighting, how can Burt be turned into a thunderous temperament by Ellen's old predecessor. Can't hide his ears, completely divorced from reality, and there will be nothing to play in an instant. The last two are both showcasing their acting skills, not acting on the plot, so they must be a little unhappy in their hearts. .
I just feel it's a pity, with a slight modification, this should be a very gorgeous comedy feast, but the small fresh and inspirational plot of the director and the screenwriter, and the consistent hatred of American movies (this is also the reason why I don't like Independence Day), ruined A good Crew, a good framework, it's just a bit short, but it's ridiculous. (By the way, Miss Wilde feels completely soy sauce...)

  • Burt Wonderstone: Anton, what could possibly go wrong?

Anton Marvelton: Somebody could die, we can go to prison.
