For teacher Li Xiangwei's media literacy assignment, I chose excellent Korean films as the research object, and I have to write a research report every week. When it comes to Korean movies, how can you not watch "Memories of Murder"? "Memories of Murder" is based on a series of serial rape and murder cases that happened in South Korea in the 1980s. The murderer committed 10 crimes between 1986 and 1991. The youngest is only a teenager, the oldest is 71 years old, and the modus operandi is cruel. Director Feng Junho based on the stage play "come and see" Murderer, have you seen this movie? Don't try to escape my eyes. With those firm and powerful eyes, the murderer must be afraid. The film replays the memory of the murderer's murder, and the conscience will be condemned. The finishing touch of director Feng Junhao's ending leaves the audience room for reflection. A good movie will not stop at the story itself, it will give echoes to individuals and society. Maybe the law can't bring all the bad guys to justice, whatever the form, they'll get the punishment they deserve.
