My colleague said it was a bad movie, and I really thought it was pretty good. The thick comic style is as clear as the American cartoons when I was a child, and the theme is clear. Also, the languages of several characters are very distinctive. The playboy boy was full of swear words, and he couldn't use or hear bigger words. Prosecutors have a standard official accent; gang leaders frequently use sanctimonious adjectives to praise their subordinates, full of irony. It also hacked Russia and North Korea by the way.
