Although the movie has always been a story in fantasy. But why do I define it well? action? plot? Another bloody outbreak of personal heroism in American movies?
It doesn't seem to be anything, although sometimes we don't need to define such a thing.
But this movie is so different, it's really hard to watch. I remember when Sai and Ross went to Kangxi, I was really looking forward to it.
But now I really feel that the story is not generally incomprehensible and has no core.
Especially for the so-called Green Hornet's own abilities... Really.
Okay, after this suffocating movie viewing, I really don't watch American martial arts movies that are overflowing with personal heroism. Operation in the commercial mode, the pictures are all lacking in beauty. In addition to the dazzling special effects, this kind of film can leave the audience with nothing.
The ending ties the story together. It is a kind of pleasure from beginning to end. But after all, without a story of strength and resonance, there is no highlight that deserves my high evaluation of Jay Chou.
If I have to say, the two things that make me most comfortable with this film are: Jay Chou's Chinese is better than English; coolio's rap is good.
