After reading half of the Spanish, I couldn't stand it, so I decided to switch to the Mandarin version. Daniel's mother's family status should be quite high, otherwise how could she disguise herself as Goodman, she is just a hotel employee. His father's character is a bit interesting. While he is messing around outside, his wife doesn't treat him any differently. What surprised me is that it is very complicated for Thomas not to go directly to Goodman, and I don't know why the screenwriter didn't elaborate further. However, according to the narrative mode of suspense novels, this feeling is commonplace (or it can be considered that the deceased couple is extremely cautious and careful everywhere). Throughout the film, Laura's character portrayal has become illusory, because the characters and events are related. Although the performance of the plot is broadened, the sense of reality is greatly reduced. Regarding the plot, the panic of the pseudo-Goodmans waiting for the elevator and that piece of music is horribly lame. The plot will not be deleted, and the performance will be reduced, and the effect of the fake Goodman appearing on the opposite floor will probably be doubled. The film has a five-point rating, which is really rare for a good film. I won't talk about the highlights. It's not much fun to say it all the time!
