We cannot avoid conflicts of interest, and it is difficult to prevent all safety accidents, but we can arrange and train emergency plans to minimize the loss of accidents. The deep-sea catastrophe impresses me the most is not the American rescue (on the contrary, the people have already fled when the rescue force arrived), not the humanism and the huge disaster, but when the disaster struck, the employees were evacuated in an orderly manner according to emergency measures. Although the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico caused a serious ecological disaster, only 11 of the 126 employees of the offshore oil well were killed. In a situation where escape was difficult, explosions were rapid and isolated, the figure was commendable and reflective.
